Cryptocurrency Market Cap Back over $2 TRILLION & $SOL soars to All-time-high

Updated: Aug 20, 2021

Bull Market was the answer to the previous Bull Market vs. Bull Malarkey?

<<---A look at the July 26th BTC chart when we asked if this was the coming of the bulls or more of the FUD? With most signals pointing to up only, and BTC Evangelists Wood, Dorsey, & Musk announcing their love of the money, we guestimated BTC reaching $48K on the run...which in this case it did.

<---The question now is does BTC look to be forming another reversal pattern? Or is this the beginning to the trendy step ladder formation of a solid performing asset.

While it is too early to call the game or crown a victor, the BTC adoption and media blitz ceases to surrender to the other 11,269 coins and tokens listed on

Today Layer-1 Blockchain rising star SOLana pushes up over 40% making it's all-time-high of $68.82....Solana has been engaging with performing former ERC-20 tokens (POWR) as well as launching an array of projects that aim to blaze the trail in transaction throughput, DeFi, DApps, and more enhancements to the Internet of Things. Solana is staking for 6.5% on Polkadot and Kusama can be staked there for 12% as well. SOL, DOT, & KSM are front runners in the last 7 days of bullish market action.

KAVA, the leader of Kraken staking rewards at 20% has had a steady growth chart over the past few weeks too. KAVA was at $3.21 on June 21st and has more than doubled since then with the DeFi currently over $6.60.

"I am loving KAVA. Big money, big staking...means bigger steaking!!! Mama's gotta eat!"

says Lori Bauer of Palm coast, FL in an FNL Crypto DNA live trading session. Lori is a serious trader that has taken a liking to the growth and opportunity being presented by the decentralized finance protocols and with the crypto markets in general. In a recent interview Lori said,

"I have been trading for a while now, and I like to think I have been able to get in at good positions in the past, but with the cryptos I have been able to buy at the right time!"

And Lori isn't kidding there. She has entered the conversation and made the conversions at the right time to turn what was to be a tip-toe into cryptos into a full stomp and clap. "I had bought Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a couple others before I started to learn about cryptos with FNL. I discovered at the time that there were already 6000 different coins I could've been collecting. Airdrops, ICOs, and all kinds of stuff going was a bit overwhelming to say the least. But, today I...well, I still have a boatload to learn, but I am liking the crypto assets in my portfolio."

Today, Lori is invested in several layer-1 blockchains, layer-2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and in her time at FNL. Like so many other people that are hungry for cryptos, staking rewards, and knowledge about the financial technology, she is running with the bulls right now. And in the wild west of the cryptospace, we know she can get bucked off at anytime. Situational awareness is arguably the most difficult to stay on top of in cryptos. News, social media, enterprise agreements, regulation, mining deficiencies, and so much more to help contribute to the volatility and unpredictability of crypto price action. There will be many new participants that light up with FOMO when the prices reach higher levels. Demand of even useless meme coins like Dogecoin are moving up based on Tweets and streets full of barking Dogechatter.

If you like things the way they always have been? If math was never your friend? You may want to ignore the FUD and the FOMO and keep grinding for the fiat buck$. Trading cryptos involves risk! Only risk capital should be used for investing in cryptos. There, I said it!
