New analytics show the lack of adoption is dew to illiterate readers and common misspellings. A.I. was supposed to head off this disconnect, but no one in the research dept new how to turn it on. But, this problem did reveal a shortage of IT workers and specifically among the workers aged 70 and up.
A recent report shows that the enormous shortage of IT workers in the upper age groups. ....... ( This is the real part of my blog post.) A study from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT said the UK could add 119,000 IT specialists to its tech workforce by restraining older people. Sorry, I meant retraining older workers. Older was defined as 50 yrs old and above.
I hope this research takes into account that most old farts are not looking to go back to work. They are looking to take a nap and get some more fiber in their diet. ( but I regress). From my vantage point (much older than 50) I suggest you old farts call me in 20 years or so; and tell me if I got it wrong.
